Thanks you so much Bettina. I do think people are beginning to realise that the situation is more complicated than just a lack of funds. And also I’ve seen a couple of articles in this area recently, so maybe things could change.
Absolutely. I think public pressure might finally give them the back bone. Labour’s Wes Streeting certainly seems to know his voters are open to some kind of reform. Whether they follow through if/when they win next year is another matter…Thanks so much for you comment Robert.
I have my own thoughts on why the institution is in such a mess. Possibly too many people using it. No clinical decision made unless a meeting has been held and therefore a consensus achieved before moving on to treatment. Too many managers having a say in how treatment is delivered and thereby consultants opinions overruled. Maybe I'm being too critical but I speak from personal experience sadly.
This kind of wrong think really must be stopped
Ha ha. Wanting decent hospital care for nanas is now officially a hate crime.
Absolutely hilarious and absolutely correct! (how is this not bleedin' obvious to everyone??)

I believe everyone knows this is true. It needs a brave politian to stand up and say it.
